Who We Are
Seeker’s Hollow is a dream inspired by our love for the great outdoors, our yearning for a life where we can enjoy the little things, and our passion for sharing our love and knowledge with others. We have tried to live by the system but wish for a better life where we can live by our terms. We want to enjoy life instead of watching it pass us by with time.
Chelcee Zang is the founder and CEO of Seeker’s Hollow. With over a decade as a wildlife biologist and environmental consultant, Chelcee leads Seeker’s Hollow with expertise in sustainable land use and regenerative living. Her hands-on experience in design, homesteading, and ecology shapes the sanctuary’s off-grid vision. Chelcee’s leadership blends science and creativity to create a harmonious space where nature, comfort, and community thrive. She has a deep passion for wildlife and educating others about the importance of conservation. She was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada but fell in love with the Montana forests when she went there for her Bachelor’s degree in Wildlife Biology.
Miles Meck, COO and co-owner, is a computer programmer and IT expert born and raised in Montana. Miles brings 21+ years of hands-on experience in construction, maintenance, and wildfire crew service to his role at Seeker’s Hollow. He oversees all physical operations on-site, from infrastructure upkeep to sustainable systems development. His practical knowledge ensures the sanctuary remains safe, efficient, and in harmony with the land.
We are a small team committed to making Seeker’s Hollow a place for people to reconnect with nature and have fun building unforgettable memories together, but also as a place to protect and educate others about our environment. With your help, we can build a place where people can learn how to take care of our environment while having fun. We want to not only leave the world a better place for the next generation, but to also inspire the next generation to pass the torch forward to following generations.
We are investing all of our time, money, and energy into making Seeker’s Hollow a reality. Our greatest challenge is building the necessary infrastructure to support guest accommodations within a four-year period. A pivotal balance of time and funding will determine how efficiently the area will be built out.
Come join us on our journey by supporting the project and follow us on social media. Every little bit goes a long way to getting us one step closer to our goal. We will keep everyone updated with progress milestones and fun content every step of the way.
“We abuse land because we regard it as a commodity belonging to us. When we see land as a community to which we belong, we may begin to use it with love and respect.” – Aldo Leopold
